Registration for the Olfactory Meeting includes accommodation and full board.

Note: Price for Non- Members will increase by 100€ compared to members.
Cancellation Policy
Until March 31, 2024, 50% of the registration fee amount will be refunded. From March 31, 2024 or non-show, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount.
All cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference.
Conditions for applying for the ROE scholarship
People who wish to apply for a ROE scholarship must meet the following requirements:
- Be predoctoral or postdoctoral researchers without a permanent position
- Be members of ROE
- Submit a presentation at the Olfactory Meeting
To apply for one of these scholarships, it will be necessary to send an e-mail to the ROE secretary, Carmen Agustín ( deagusti@uji.es ) before March 15, 2024, with the following information:
- 1 page CV
- Abstract
The Board of Directors will review all applications and award 20 scholarships following the criteria below:
- Curricular merits related to research in the field of smell
- Quality of the Abstract presented
